I found that if I post a picture here on the main post, the picture will look very big, and seems "unfair" to the other pictures.

So I will comment below and show you what I've got on my bench.

Glued the center seam for the top plate. I use a rub joint, no clamps.

Here’s what I’ve got,, the Strad Magazine! With me and my studio where the course is filmmed!

Also, you can see some scrolls on the bench, because we are working on the scroll right now!

Nice views of The Strad where those pictures were taken, congrats! I´m posting some pictures of what is now on my bench, two attempts of carving the scroll. I´m enjoying the work but I know it´s not going to be easy... I tried to carve a viola scroll some years ago and the results do not deserve to be commented here 😅 The teacher that time said carving the scroll is around 40% of the whole thing in violin making due to the difficulty and aesthetic importance.
